Hi, I'm Coach Koschi. As an American football youth coach in Germany, I am passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field. My coaching philosophy centers on leadership, culture, teamwork, and passion. Through discipline and a focus on personal growth, I help players reach their full potential. In my role as Offensive Coordinator, I channel my love for the game through creative play design and logical game planning. I enjoy the challenge of outsmarting defenses and developing strategies that bring out the strengths of each player. Let’s connect, share experiences, and inspire the next generation together.
